The hotel had a great location right in the heart of the city, close to all the historic buildings and souks. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to give us tips on places to go and things to see. The amenities were also fantastic, with a lovely rooftop pool and beautiful decor throughout the hotel.
There were a few glitches during our stay, such as a flooded bathroom and breakfast that was inconsistent and sometimes missing items. However, these were relatively minor issues and didn't detract from our overall enjoyment of the hotel.

Stayed here for Easter and the decor was lovely. the staff were very friendly and helpful, they made us feel welcome. the location was great, easy to get around.
Some of the amenities were unreliable.
